Senior Windows Software Engineer – New Jersey View Details ∨

We are seeking a Senior software developer on the East Coast to join our dynamic team. At Allweb Technologies, we want people who can add technical and business expertise, love the work they do and enjoy the experience of working with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

As a member of the 2-factor authentication platform development team, you will be responsible to integrate our platform with various Windows applications to make the online access more secure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Windows integrations – Our two-factor authentication service is integrated with various 3rd party systems. Your role is to work with our Windows team to enhance and expand our ability to integrate with Active Directory, Exchange Server, IIS, and Remote Desktop Services.
  • Two-factor Authentication (2FA) SaaS development – Help us build and deliver our secure cloud-based services for two-factor authentication as part of a high performance development team.
  • Handle field escalations – Keep our customers happy by taking care of technical issues related to our Windows integrations when our fronttline support escalates support requests.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced Windows developer. Experience with security products a big plus, as is experience working on B2B and SaaS products.

Qualifications:

  • Windows development experience
    • C++ (e.g. Win32 API, COM, MFC)
    • C#, .NET
    • Windows Installers (e.g. WiX)
  • Experience with Windows security APIs and technologies
  • Experience with Windows Biometrics Framework
  • Experience with development and administration of Active Directory, Exchange Server, IIS, and Remote Desktop Services
  • Experience with Python development
  • Mobile development for Windows Phone, iOS, or Android
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience designing and building applications running on Windows platform.
  • Strong development and debugging skills.
  • Experience with services, receivers and multi-threaded applications.
  • Capable of learning and applying new technologies as they emerge.
  • Strong, proven design skills with the ability to work well in a very dynamic, fast moving environment with high expectations.
  • Experience working in an agile scrum environment a plus.
  • Proven track record of going through the software development life cycle and successfully bringing products to market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact well with both internal teams and external customers and partners as needed.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree.

Enterprise Sales Executive – West Coast US View Details ∨

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive on the West Coast to join our dynamic team. At Allweb Technologies, we want people who can add technical and business expertise, love the work they do and enjoy the experience of working with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

The Sales executive is responsible to generate enterprise sales in an assigned territory. This will be accomplished by effectively collaborating with a team of Systems Engineers, and Marketing personnel for identifying & qualifying potential opportunities to work directly with.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics to measure activity and productivity.
  • Evolve all sales tools as appropriate
  • Create pipeline sufficient to meet and exceed territory goals
  • Manage an assigned territory to focus on identifying and qualifying leads and moving them through the sales cycle to closure.
  • Ensure all inbound responses are followed-up quickly and accounts are appropriately penetrated. Conduct outbound target account calling campaigns.
  • Manage existing customer renewals
  • Maintain and continually improve skill set: phone skills, product training, sales prospecting , sales qualification, and sales process management
  • Develop relationships and communicate regularly with the field, solution engineers, and marketing teams
  • Manage discovery calls, evaluations, contract negotiations and SOW signoffs
  • Adhere to company’s sales methodologies and processes. Evolve processes as the business evolves.
  • Develop and implement programs that support the lead generation efforts and drive pipeline.
  • Maintain current knowledge of AllWebID solution, and competitive product differences.
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years enterprise software sales experience
  • Sales experience in SaaS based solutions, Identity and Access Management, and Internet Security solutions
  • Start-up company experience
  • Comfortable talking with and selling to “C” level executives
  • Ensure all inbound responses are followed-up quickly and accounts are appropriately penetrated. Conduct outbound target account calling campaigns.
  • Very good technical skills and the ability to understand and handle basic technical questions.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Have exceeded quotas consistently in previous positions
  • Must be aggressive and goal oriented person with high personal drive, integrity and energy
  • Strong management, organizational and decision-making skills are critical
  • Ability to independently manage territory Willingness to travel 50-70%
